My name is Lillie Falco-Adkins, welcome to my webspace! I have spent many years studying and practicing various forms of spirituality, healing traditions, and transformative practices. I hold an M.A. in Women's Spirituality and am currently a doctoral candidate at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I am passionate about helping women to heal from the soul-wounding that living in a patriarchal, fractured, and dis-embodied culture has created.
My work in this lifetime is to help heal our female lineages by learning and re-membering the divine feminine and women's sacred work in the world's spiritual traditions. I firmly believe that for healing to occur women must participate with the pain that forgetting the divine feminine, particularly in western contexts, has caused. It is only when we delve deeply into this pain that true healing begins and we can re-imagine and forge the futures that we desire.
How do we re-member the forgetting of the feminine that has occurred and in turn participate in co-creating a future where women are honored instead of oppressed? By celebrating the life-sustaining earth and cosmos that we are a part of- alone and in community, through ritual, song, movement, dance, art, story, silence, and finding our voice by speaking truth to power for beauty. I feel that women's medicine will lead humanity into remembering the way of beauty and right-relationship for a sustainable and peaceful future.
I am also a certified sound healing practitioner through the Sound, Voice, and Music Healing Program at CIIS and have training in women's priestessing and spiritual leadership through the Seven Sister's Mystery School founded by Marguerite Rigoglioso, Ph.D., a scholar/practitioner of the ancient Mediterranean mystery traditions. I consider myself a witch, spirit worker, priestess, ritual artist, altar goddess, aspiring herbalist, healer, academic, and researcher.
